switched at birthFantastic family drama is coming right up this Monday, July 11, 2011 as the Switched at Birth Season 1 Episode 6: The Persistence of Memory airs its premiere broadcast on ABC Family. Switched at Birth is the newest family/teen drama TV series on ABC Family. The story series centers on Daphne and Bay, two teenage girls who was accidentally switched at the hospital. Unlike other “switched” story, the Switched at Birth does not focus on reuniting the kid to its real family but rather it focus on how the switched kids adjust on the changes as they learn the family they is not really their “real” family.
In the Switched at Birth Season 1 Episode 6: The Persistence of Memory, Bay attempts to locate her biological father with Emmet’s help, while Daphne begins a cooking class at Buckner Hall but find it difficult to adjust. Bay found Regina’s old photo when she’s still pregnant with Bay. This discovery makes Bay more curious about the identity of her biological father. To help her to search his father she asks Emmett’s assistance. With Emmett’s help, they manage to find Bay’s biological father old car in an abandoned junkyard, but just as Bay is about to give up, she notices a guitar pick that leads her one step closer to finding her father. Meanwhile, Daphne enrolls in the advanced cooking class at Buckner Hall where she soon realizes their kitchen does not accommodate hearing impaired people like her. After feeling embarrassed by an accident while in class, and almost gets hit by a car, Daphne stars to thinks that a cochlear implant might be a good idea.
